Lilly is a warm and dedicated psychologist who is passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and adults to create a safe, collaborative, and trauma-informed space where clients feel supported to explore their challenges and make meaningful change.
Lilly draws on a range of evidence-based approaches including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support clients in a way that is flexible, affirming, and strengths based. Lilly supports individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges including mood and anxiety disorders, interpersonal difficulties, stress, relationship and attachment concerns, school avoidance, and PDA (Persistent Drive for Autonomy).
As a queer ADHDer, Lilly brings lived experience to her practice and is committed to providing inclusive and affirming support to LGBTQIAP+ clients. She values culturally responsive care and takes the time to understand each person’s background, identity, and lived experience.
