
Jessie Goldie

Jessie (she/her) is a provisional psychologist undertaking her final year of training at Q Psychology before general registration. Jessie has a warm and inclusive therapeutic style, and values human connection and collaboration. She takes a client-centred approach, drawing on a range of frameworks including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Schema Therapy.
Jessie has experience working with a range of concerns including depression, anxiety, stress, perfectionism, trauma, difficulties with emotion regulation, disordered eating, and relationship difficulties. She is passionate about providing therapeutic support from an intersectional perspective to neurodivergent individuals and members of the LGBTQIAP+ community, offering a safe, affirming space for clients to explore their unique experiences and challenges. Jessie also brings prior experience working in corporate settings in a range of industries and roles, including employee wellbeing and diversity and inclusion, both in Australia and overseas.
