Enzo is a generally registered psychologist who has a particular interest in supporting adults experiencing complex presentations where biological, psychological, social, and cultural factors intersect. He works with clients experiencing a range of psychological concerns, including obsessive-compulsive and related disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, personality difficulties, substance use concerns, grief, men's mental health, relationship difficulties, and broader life challenges. Enzo has experience working across housing crisis support, community mental health outreach, and private practice.
Enzo draws upon a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). He also utilizes Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) skills if appropriate. He has also completed training in the Gottman Method and Couples Schema Therapy, and has a particular interest working with relationships.
Enzo is committed to providing a warm, and psychologically safe space where clients feel respected and understood. He provides neuroaffirming and LGBTQIA+ inclusive care with a compassionate framework to foster the therapeutic relationship. He is committed to supporting clients to explore their past experiences, understand their current circumstances, and work towards acceptance and meaningful change.
