Dee brings an open heart, a curious mind, and a good dose of authenticity to every session. Her approach is all about meeting clients where they are - with empathy, genuine connection, and a belief in each person's unique strengths. She’s here to help you navigate life’s messier moments, explore what makes you you, and support you in making the changes that matter most to you.
Dee is passionate about the journey toward self-acceptance, especially around identity, self-worth, and building a life that feels true to who you are. With lived experience of neurodivergence, Dee offers a particularly affirming space for those exploring their Autism and/or ADHD.
Dee is LGBTQIAP+ inclusive, sex-positive, and kink-positive, and welcomes clients aged 15+ from all walks of life. Dee is trained in ACT, CBT, DBT, Internal Family Systems, and has experience in working with anxiety, depression, relationship/attachment issues, stress, grief, anger, neurodiversity, and major life transitions (hello, quarter-life crisis or career pivot!).
Outside the therapy room, Dee enjoys spending time with her pets, playing dungeons and dragons with friends, and is dedicated to lifelong learning, keeping her practice fresh through ongoing professional development.
