Arthur is a compassionate and client-centred psychologist dedicated to supporting positive mental health outcomes, primarily working with adults. His therapeutic approach focuses on creating a safe, collaborative space that values each individual’s unique experience while providing practical, evidence-based strategies for change.
Arthur has experience working with a wide range of psychological concerns, with particular interest in anxiety, ADHD, attachment/relationship issues, and trauma/stress, and supports the CALD, queer, and neurodivergent communities. He is an ADHD Certified Clinical Service Provider and draws on a range of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and Emotions-Focused Therapy (EFT).
Arthur maintains a strong interest in cognitive and affective neuroscience, using these frameworks to guide his understanding of emotional and behavioural difficulties. He is passionate about increasing access to mental health care and reducing stigma, particularly for marginalised communities.
Outside of clinical work, Arthur enjoys ongoing learning, spending time with loved ones, and the company of his pug.
